Raphael Ada - Automation Architect

GoHighLevel-native · AI-assisted automation

Manual work is quietly costing you leads, revenue, and time.

I'm a GoHighLevel Automation Architect who designs scalable systems that automate operations, reduce manual work, and grow with your business.

  • Every lead reaches the right person automatically.
  • AI understands and routes incoming conversations.
  • Built to scale without adding more manual work.

Proven in production

Real systems. Real operational problems. Already doing the work.

These aren't demo automations built for a portfolio. They're systems developed around real teams, real workflows, and the problems that show up when a business starts relying on its CRM every day.

Lead Operations

From new inquiry to the right person, without waiting on manual assignment.

Lead capture, assignment, follow-up, and response handling work as one flow.

Every lead gets captured, routed, and acted on while intent is still fresh.

AI + Operations

A recruiting process that went from hours of manual matching to minutes.

Applications are screened, structured, matched, and ranked before the team steps in.

About

Where the systems thinking came from.

I’m Raphael. I started in healthcare, then moved into Information Technology, where I became more interested in databases, backend structure, and how systems communicate. Healthcare taught me to stay calm under pressure and pay attention to details. IT taught me how those details connect.

Automation architecture is where those two sides came together.

Outside work, it’s usually the gym or a ranked match. Different setting, same mindset - improve something, measure it, and come back better.

Workflow architectures

Real systems, built around the work they improve.

Lead Management

Systems that capture intent, route it well, and make timely follow-up the default.

Operations & Data Handling

Back-office systems that reduce manual work while improving the quality of the information your team uses.

Sales & Pipeline Automation

Revenue operations designed to keep opportunities visible and teams ready to act.

Multi-Department AI

AI systems that connect recruitment, sales, and operations into a faster, more consistent decision flow.

Webinar Kit

Systems that turn webinar registrations, bookings, and engagement into clear pipeline actions.

Engagement model

From operational friction to a system your team trusts.

  1. Observe

I identify where work slows down, where decisions get stuck, and what your team is doing manually.

  2. Architect

I turn the priorities into a clear system blueprint, with the logic, handoffs, and decisions mapped before the build starts.

  3. Build

I build and test the system in practical increments so each part works before the next layer is added.

  4. Improve

I watch how the system performs in real use, then refine what is creating friction, confusion, or unnecessary work.
